I am a California PI and currently assisting Mr. Dorrough

Postby IntelligentOps » Sat Aug 11, 2007 3:37 am

If anyone has any advice or ideas regarding Mr. Dorrough's case, please read the full case file and throw some ideas my way. If you are a lawyer or legal professional and would like to assist on the case, please contact me and I will do my best to include you on the investigation with Mr. Dorrough's blessings.

I implore everyone to take a few minutes and look at Mr. Dorrough's case. It is possible that you too could end up in prison for a crime you didn't commit.

If you have any ideas on how to prove his innocence, please contact me with your ideas through here or by email. You may see something that I might miss and I want to give Mr. Dorrough the best quality assistance possible in proving his innocence.

I am working this case pro bono and therefore can't afford to pay anyone for their assistance but Mr. Dorrough would appreciate your help and thanks you in advance.

Thanks,
Raymond Miller

Update - August 11, 2008

(Excerpt from a letter of August 11, 2008)

I was able to locate a witness who could really help a lot, and she agreed to do so. But just as my father and investigator were about to go over to her home to video-tape her statement, she just suddenly changed her mind. It was almost as if she was afraid. I have written to her in the hope of trying to understand why. It was naturally very disappointing.

I am still trying to contact a couple of other people now.

The investigator has been really enthusiastic about making an effort. He has also spoken to a couple of attorneys but no one is really to do a pro bono work. ...

My father and I have always wondered why no attorney - and we have contacted a great many of them - have been willing to help.

I am, we are, continuing to be hopeful.

...

All the best,

Michael.

Cost for prison case!

Postby IntelligentOps » Mon Aug 25, 2008 5:58 pm

I spoke to Dan Lagano, a friend of Michaels. He is trying to gather money to hire an attorney in Orange County to work this case. The attorney said that it would take 4-6 months to completion and there are no guarantees. Here is the kicker. The case would cost $20,000.

If anyone wants to assist Dan and Michael's father by donating money to meet the $20k retainer, please contact me and I will put you in contact with either Dan or Michael's father.

I am in the process of publishing a magazine for free, www.criminaldefensemagazine.com. My goal is to take a portion of the proceeds from this magazine that is paid for by advertisers and donate it to Michaels defense fund. I am aiming for close to 100,000 subscribers but at the moment I have only 300+.

If anyone is interested in advertising or contributing articles to the magazine, please contact me at editor@criminaldefensemagazine.com.

Thanks,
