August 31, 2006

Dear Letter Writer,

I want to thank each of you for your support in my effort to overcome this injustice that has occurred in the prosecution I now have over my head through the conviction of the state of Louisiana of the United States.

I need each of you who wish to support my efforts to fight for justice in this conviction to write politicians, the media of Louisiana, any attorney who may be interested in representing this matter for justice. Also, the trial/ criminal district court judge section 'C' 286-606, Judge Benedict J. Willard, 2700 Tulane Ave., New Orleans, LA 70119, and the Louisiana State Supreme Court Chief Justice, Pascal F. Cologero, Jr. of New Orleans and Hon. Eddie J. Jordan, Jr. Criminal District Attorney, and anyone of the writing supporters who may want to support my efforts through financial help and wants to write me directly can do just that.

Understand, it is a universal accepted concept that a person has the right to defend her or himself, the right to self-preservation and this concept is written into our laws.

I say to each of you: In 1981, on June 19, I had every right to defend myself, when I shot my gun. The two victims had intention to shoot me first and they both were armed with weapons. On crime scene the New Orleans police in June 1981/ 19th day recovered one of the victim's gun and the trial prosecutor withheld that fact. Under the 6th and 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution and Louisiana as well every person is given the right to a fair trial and due process of law in this state.

My trial attorney should have been giving the evidence to prove whether or not it was one of the victims' weapon. The question needs to be answered. If the weapon was the victim's or the murderer's weapon. No court of the United States has ever ruled on the merit of that question, nor has any court of the state of Louisiana has ever ruled the question of the weapon recovered on the crime scene.

Again, thanks to each of you for your support.
