I have no ideal how I got here, I was searching for sex offenders, but, I did happen onto this site and I watched both shows on Kevin and Connie.
I am wondering if Kevin is still in jail for something he didn't do? It is so clear that this woman is lying. How the hell did he get convicted ? Connie is hiding something, I am wondering if maybe she was with MANY MEN. or maybe her husbands best friend or maybe even his brother. I don't know what happened as far as that but I am certin that she is not telling the truth about anything.
She had a bra then she didn't have one ? She said on the show that she did. then on the same show within the 30 minutes she said that it was not her PINK bra, did anyone catch that ? She had been to a party, Kevin was on his way to WIs. she kept his key to his room, Why ? I think maybe there were men and women there and she is to scared of her hubby to admit that she is what she is, and that is a LIAR and a CHEAT !!! Good Luck Kevin I will Pray for you everyday !

Yes, Kevin is in prison at present. He has served almost 15 years of his 60 year sentence.

I have watched the video of Kevin and this woman. It definitely appears she is lying. I realize when he was convicted forensic testing probably was not available, is there any evidence that was saved from the crime scene that can be tested and if so is the evidence being tested? How does someone get 60 years for Armed Robbery or Attempted Murder, when Murderers get 20 years. Kevin is in my prayers and please keep this site updated. Has anyone ever tried to contact this woman? Who knows maybe she has developed a conscience, I know that may sound crazy, but the GUILT has to be eating her up. How can someone live with themself knowing that put and innocent man in prison and took his life away?? Just a thought, although if she is a pathological liar, she probably does not have a conscience. Confused

I only can see the Judge for yourself show, is there any other one?? I noticed crazyinlouisiana said he/she watched the shows. Am I missing one? Please let me know. Thank you.

Hello Buttercup,
thank you for your interest in this case. There used to be a second show on Kevin Fitzpatrick's webpage. It was the show "Leeza". "Judge for yourself" basically says it all. The quality of the "Leeza" video (not the show but the recording!) was not the best. Since videos take a lot of webspace we decided to take it off the site.
Kevin, his attorneys and supporters are working hard on his case. Whenever there are news, I am confident they will let the readers of this forum know. Please, come back on a regular basis!

I read Kevin's information, I saw that video. it is so obvious to anyone that Connie is lying. I'm not sure what she is trying to hide, but it is absolutely despicable that she would let an innocent man go to prison so she could continue to live out her lie. A person like that obviously has no moral values, it is a shame that Kevin had to cross paths with her and get tangled in her web of lies.
I was wondering if there are any new developements? Is Kevin still in prison? Is there any news on Connie? Did her husband finally wake up and discover that his wife is a psychopath? I would be curious to find out anything that I could. Meanwhile, my thoughts and prayers are with Kevin.

Thanks for your interest. Yes, Kevin is in prison. As I understand, Connie and her husband are divorced.

I read Kevin your e-mail. It means very much to him to have your prayers and support.

thank you so much for responding. Is there any chance of appeal. As silly as it sounds I am very concerned for him, he is so young to have so much taken from him. Please let Kevin know that I am thinking of him, and I look forward to getting any updates that you might have.
Kevin is very lucky to have you there for him, he surely needs all of the support he can get. Thank you again for your infornation.

Connie and her husband moved away to Georgia and then divorced quite a few years ago. She says it was due to the trauma suffered from the crime which had been commited but did not acknowledge the fact that she was seeing somebody else at the same time (whilst still being married)

Kevin has had some really good news. If it is not posted on his website, I'll let you guys know Smile

Has anything new happened with this guy? What a crazy story. It seems as though who ever posted him on this site does not keep up with it?? The last post was last year in 2007, is he still in prison? What was the good news. You can't help but feel bad for this guy, because society thinks everyone who is convicted belongs in prison. This story changed my mind.

DNA tests are currently being conducted to determine a "third profile". Kevin's DNA was not found on the items tested.

I do thank you for your interest and words of support for Kevin. This helps him maintain a positive attitude, even under these adverse conditions. He has hopes of being freed soon, study law, and helping others who are in his position.

He is quite an athelete and spends his free hours, working out, playing football, baseball, etc.

IIPPI is to be commended for its website, where we can voice our concern and support for those less fortunate than we.

This whole case is crazy. It is so obvious that Kevin is innocent. I am looking forward to those DNA test results coming back negative. Good luck Kevin and you will be in my prayers. Connie just comes off as a sl**. I guess goldiggers and liers will always exist.
